Chicago Bears coach Matt Nagy has continued to show the team this offseason how last season ended and that isn't something that Jeff Fisher necessarily agrees with. Fisher knows that he isn't in the locker room and each team could react differently to this kind of coaching, but Fisher thinks maybe there is a better way to try and motivate.

“You know, none of us are in his locker room,” Fisher said during a guest stint on NFL Network, via Pro Football Talk. “We don’t know the chemistry of his team. It’s his team and it’s his choice. Now, I don’t think I’d want to be a place kicker on his team right now. That’s a hard job right there, because you’re gonna watch [the missed kick] every day.”

The Bears don't seem to have a great feel on what route they want to go at kicker right now and it's still an open competition. Every time that they play that missed kick it's just a little more pressure that the kickers have to feel and makes their job a little tougher.

Fisher also thinks at some point Nagy needs to move on just focus on this season and leave what happened last year in the past.

“This is Coach Nagy’s — it’s his prerogative to do what he wants,” Fisher said. “At some point he’s gonna let it go. Some point they need to go ahead and win a football game, you know that’s months away from now.”

Nagy is just trying to motivate his team and not let the team lose in a similar way this season, but Fisher might be right questioning just how much it's actually helping.
