Chicago Bears running back Jordan Howard's young career is off to a stellar start. In his first two NFL seasons, the 23-year-old has surpassed the 1,000-rushing yard plateau in each campaign while adding an additional 423 yards through the air. While he gained nearly 200 less yards on the ground in 2017 compared to his rookie season, he jumped from six to nine rushing touchdowns, which is nice.

Given his age and production, it would make little sense for the franchise to move on from the UAB product unless they receive a trade offer too good to refuse (which seems unlikely given the relative decline in value of running backs across the NFL). Trade rumors did surface earlier this offseason over concerns that Howard won't fit into new head coach Matt Nagy's offense, but nothing came of them.

Still, some fans are concerned following Howard's latest move on social media.

Some time over the last few days, Howard deleted all Chicago Bears-related photos from his Instagram.

Howard is yet to make any public comments about it, and the silence hasn't calmed the nerves for some Bears fans. On the team's subreddit, a post about the running back removing all Bears content from his Instagram has over 150 comments. Some fans have expressed concern about what it could possibly mean for Howard's future with the franchise, while other users believe they're looking too far into it.

As some Redditors have pointed out, Howard hasn't said anything on his Twitter that could be taken has malice toward the Bears organization, and he still has photos up with the team on there.

More than likely, one of Howard' representatives advised him to remove that content for a reason that has nothing to do with him possibly leaving the Bears. But, if he is shipped out of the Windy City this offseason, perhaps this was a sign of the beginning of the end.
