The time has finally come for Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields. He will get his first NFL start this Sunday against the Cleveland Browns after Andy Dalton injured his knee in Week 2.

Bears fans have been pleading with Matt Nagy to make Fields the starter, but he still insists that Dalton is QB1. Nevertheless, the former Ohio State standout feels ready for the opportunity he's getting in Week 3:

The Bears youngster also revealed there will be some nerves, but it's all part of the process:

Fields took over for Dalton in the second half against the Bengals in a 20-17 win and completed 6 of 13 passing attempts for 60 yards. It wasn't a great performance, but he did show some promise when it came to rushing the ball, collecting 31 yards on the ground.

As for Dalton, Nagy has said that he doesn't plan to put the Bears first stringer on the injured reserve, which means he could be ready for Week 4 or 5. That being said, if Fields heavily impresses on Sunday, it may be hard for Nagy to bench him and start Dalton again.

However, Fields will have his work cut out for him against a formidable Browns defense possessing the likes of Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney. It's going to be very interesting to see how he fares.
