Although his team managed to pull off a 20-19 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night to move to 4-1 on the season, Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy wants to see his offense pay more attention to details.

Nagy was fired up in his Friday morning press conference:

“The details in this offense aren't there,” Nagy said, via Adam Hoge of NBC Sports Chicago. “That's our job as coaches to make sure we get these freaking details right.

“Darn it, when you play in this offense, you better be freaking detailed,” Nagy added. “We are not a detailed football team on offense right now and we need to get that back.”

Despite the fact that Nagy sounds pissed, several players stepped up for the Bears in Thursday night's win. Khalil Mack had two sacks. Nick Foles completed 30 out of his 42 attempts for 243 yards and a touchdown in his second start after replacing Mitchell Trubisky. Allen Robinson had a nice night as well, racking up 90 receiving yards. Jimmy Graham caught a touchdown pass and David Montgomery ran one in.

However, Chicago finished with just 35 yards on the ground and 243 yards overall. Outside of a few stretches, especially in fourth quarters against the Detroit Lions and Atlanta Falcons, the Bears have struggled offensively. They rank 27th in yards per game (323.2) and 25th in points per game (21.0)

Chicago is thrilled to be 4-1, but that's on the back of two miracle comebacks and two other tight wins. Nagy knows the offense will need to improve for the Bears to make any real noise, and he also knows he's responsible for it.

The Bears will be back in action on Oct. 18, when they'll travel to Carolina for a matchup against the Panthers at 1:00 p.m. ET.
