The Chicago Bears will take on the Green Bay Packers in Week 12, and they could go back to Mitchell Trubisky at quarterback since Nick Foles is hurting.

According to Adam Jahns of The Athletic, the word out of Halas Hall is that Trubisky has been throwing and his right shoulder is improving as he recovers from his own injury.

Bears head coach Matt Nagy wouldn't tip his hand on Monday:

The Bears are 3-0 in Trubisky's starts this season, but Foles led the team to their comeback win in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Other than the Falcons game, though, Foles has been awful under center for the Bears, who are 5-5 on the season after starting out 5-1. Foles suffered a hip injury in Week 10 against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football and needed to be carted off the field.

Since the Bears have arguably the worst offensive line in the NFL, it makes sense for head coach Matt Nagy to go back to Trubisky since Mitch is a mobile quarterback.

Trubisky threw for six touchdowns and three interceptions before getting benched for Foles. He hurt his shoulder in Week 8 against the New Orleans Saints when he came in for a running play. The former No. 2 overall pick went out to Los Angeles to visit a doctor, and it was determined that Trubisky doesn't need season-ending surgery.

No matter who is starting at quarterback for the Bears, the team will likely lose to the Packers, who sit atop the NFC North standings. However, Chicago's offense may look a little better with Trubisky since he can run better than Foles.
