Nobody likes to see a player get carted off after a scary hit. However, that's exactly what the Cincinnati Bengals fans had to go through after Auden Tate was hit in the wrong way and had to be carted off.

It was a horrifying injury that saw his neck get twisted the wrong way. The Ring Central Coliseum was rendered quiet as it took the medical team seven minutes to get the injured wide receiver into the stretched and out of the field.

However, Tate himself assured the fans who were worried sick about him. He sent out a tweet that had a simple message that wants to uplift the fanbase.

“I’m good, y’all,” Tate wrote, per Pro Football Talk.

It seems like the initial results of his neck don't seem to show any significant damage. If everything goes well, Tate will be back on the sidelines by Week 12 as they face the Pittsburgh Steelers. The question now lies on whether it's worth risking Tate in a season that is already over.

The Bengals still haven't won a single game after ten games of football. There's no question that there's an organizational problem that must be addressed within the team. However, they haven't found the perfect solution to their problems just yet.

They don't have a trove of draft picks like Miami as they failed to trade longtime players like A.J. Green or Andy Dalton. They've become the favorite whipping boys of the AFC North, and things won't likely change.

Zac Taylor should know better and be careful with playing Tate. He may be an important contributor with his 483 receiving yards, but keeping him healthy should be the team's top priority.
