Cincinnati Bengal fans are not happy after their horrible loss to the New York Jets. The Bengals were called for a penalty on 3rd down that was called unnecessary roughness for helmet-to-helmet contact. The call shouldn't have been on the Bengals as it was clear the Jets receiver lowered his helmet. As a result of the penalty, the Jets got a first down and the game was over from there.

Bengal fans took their frustration out on Twitter.

Ryan Clark tweeted,

“The worst call of all time against the Bengals!! The some of the biggest piece of Bull Crap calling ever!!!”

Dov Kleiman wasn't too happy either,

Bengal fans are clearly frustrated, and rightfully so. They now fall to second place in the AFC North behind the Baltimore Ravens.

It was a brutal call but the Bengals did it to themselves. Cincinnati can't expect to win a football game where Mike White and the New York Jets put up 34 points. The game should've never been close and that call wouldn't have happened if they took care of business. As much as the fans want to blame the refs, and rightfully so, it's a game that should've been over by the fourth quarter.

Cincinnati will look to bounce back from this embarrassing loss next week as they host the 4-4 Cleveland Browns.
