Former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson has a bold prediction for the 2020 squad. Johnson was apart of the Bengals schedule release broadcast, and his prediction was pretty clear, “Offensively we are going to be a hell in the AFC North.”

Johnson has hyped up the Bengals the last few weeks, especially with the drafting of Joe Burrow. He also always seems to be a serious defender of the way the Bengals franchise is run. A few weeks back, Johnson was on ESPN's First Take and got into a debate with Stephen A. Smith about how the Bengals with the new leadership are going to be able to get it done.

Johnson is excited to see Burrow get to work with Tyler Boyd, A.J. Green, and John Ross.

“I’m very optimistic and I think he’s [Burrow] gonna be able to get it done,” said Johnson. I think the Browns have relinquished some of the power… allowing Zac Taylor to choose the players that he needs to continue to build a team that can win… Now he’s coming to Tyler Boyd, A.J. Green, John Ross. I think they will be fine in the long run. Again, Zac Taylor’s first year, it’s his first year. Things will get better as time goes on and it takes time to build a team. Especially, a winning team of that magnitude…”

It is still to be seen if everything works out with Burrow, but there seems to be real confidence that the team is heading back in the right direction.
