It appears as though former LSU Tigers quarterback Joe Burrow will be in good hands if the reigning Heisman Trophy winner is ultimately selected at No. 1 overall by the Cincinnati Bengals. With the 2020 NFL Draft now right around the corner, former Bengals wide receiver and NFL legend Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson already has some plans set aside for the soon-to-be rookie signal caller in Burrow.

Quite active on Twitter in a general sense, Johnson recently let his 3.3 million person following that he would be taking Burrow out to dinner prior to the 2020 NFL Draft, which will take place in Las Vegas at the end of April.

Although Burrow just encountered one of the best single-season efforts in college football history, he wouldn't necessarily be walking into the best situation in Cincinnati. Unfortunately for Burrow, who just led the aforementioned LSU Tigers to an undefeated record and National Championship victory, the Bengals were by far the worst team in the NFL this past season. Struggling mightily, it might take much more than the addition of Burrow to get things completely turned around in Cincinnati.

However, if Burrow is going to quickly get acclimated to Cincinnati, there is no better person on the planet to welcome him to the Bengals than Johnson. Even though Burrow is an Ohio native that initially attended The Ohio State University prior to making his way south to LSU, it will surely take some getting used to upon entering the NFL threshold.

The Bengals are now on the clock.
