The hype surrounding the Cleveland Browns has already taken a massive hit, as the Browns were hammered by 30 points by the Tennessee Titans in their season opener last Sunday.

But Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd thinks his team is going to land the crushing blow:

“Once we get A.J. back, there ain’t no talking about the Browns no more,” said Boyd, according to Tyler Dragon of The Cincinnati Enquirer.

Green suffered a foot injury during training camp and has been sidelined ever since. While there is still no timetable for Green's return, he is making progress, and it seems imminent that he will return at some point this season.

While the Browns are probably more worried about the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens, you have to admit that once Green does return, the Bengals will have a pretty nice offense with Green and Boyd as their top two receivers and Joe Mixon holding down the running game.

And while Andy Dalton is far from an elite quarterback, he is, at the very least, serviceable.

That being said, it seems hard to imagine this Cincinnati team, which dropped its season opener against the Seattle Seahawks, making any sort of push in the AFC North.

Boyd caught eight passes for 60 yards in the team's Week 1 loss and is coming off of a breakout 2018 campaign in which he hauled in 76 receptions for 1,028 yards and seven touchdowns, which led to the 24-year-old landing a four-year, $43 million contract extension with the Bengals back in July.

Cincinnati will play host to the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.
