After giving up a combined 29 points in their wins against the Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, and the Chicago Bears, the Indianapolis Colts surrendered 32 points to Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns in Week 5, leading to their second loss of the season. This week, it’s first overall pick Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals’ turn to light up the Colts’ defense.

Burrow scored a touchdown on a quarterback sneak at fourth-and-one near the Colts’ one-yard line, giving Cincinnati a stunning 14-0 lead over Indianapolis with 3:24 left in the first quarter.

Running back Giovani Bernard earlier scored another touchdown on a one yard run in the Bengals’ first drive, which gave them an early 7-0 lead less than four minutes into the game while the Colts’ offense could not get anything going. The 23-year old Burrow completed 6 of 10 passes for 153 passing yards and rushed for two yards and a touchdown in the first quarter for the Bengals, which is looking for its second win of the season.

Cincinnati is coming off a disappointing 27-3 loss to Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5. Against Baltimore, Burrow had no touchdown passes and one interception, completing 19 of 30 passes for just 183 passing yards, a mark he almost equaled in one quarter against Indianapolis.

But early on against the Colts and one of the league’s better defenses heading into the game, it looks as if Burrow and the Bengals offense has bounced back after failing to find the end zone against the Ravens, and is looking capable of taking home its second win of the season.
