It has been long established that Kevin Durant will be joining the Golden State Warriors that we can safely say that this is old news.

However, every now and then, someone will bring it back to discussion. Everyone has an opinion on the hottest topic of the summer. And they make sure that people turn their attention. This time, Hall of Fame inductee Bill Bradley chimes in.

In a discussion with Sirius XM NBA Radio, Bill expressed his point of view on the decision and creation of modern super teams.

“I don’t understand Kevin Durant going to Golden State. I don’t know how that’s going to work, but it’ll be interesting to see.”

“I think [super teams] are artificial creations of our current economic situations in basketball.”

The two-time NBA Champion, who spent all of his NBA career with New York Knicks, played in a different era making it harder for him to understand this new trend of being disloyal to teams. He does admit that he might be biased on this issue.

“I’m kind of biased. I played 10 years with one team. It was the city, the fans you were loyal to. It was the teammates you played with, you were like family.”

Talking about Kevin Durant's decision slowly becomes tiring for fans after all. We are closing in on the new season and what has been done cannot be changed.

Super teams have failed numerous times before. The 2017 NBA Champion is far from being known before the season even starts. If Durant made the right choice or not, it will be answered in the long run.
