If by any chance the Buffalo Bills miraculously win the Super Bowl this year, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton might just be declared a saint by the fans in Upstate New York. Thanks to Dalton’s late-game game-winning touchdown pass in Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens, the Bills took a red carpet walk to the franchise’s first playoff appearance since 1999.

And, just because their team is in the playoffs, it doesn’t mean Buffalo fans are just going to forget Dalton’s good deed. In fact, they are flooding Dalton’s charity foundation, the Andy & Jordan Dalton Foundation, in a show of gratitude for the signal-caller and his role in ending the Bills’ 17-year playoff drought, according to report by ESPN’s Katherine Terrell.

“I think I'm the hottest guy in Buffalo right now,” Dalton joked to the media on Monday. “According to my Twitter, I think everybody's loving us right now. Obviously that's a crazy fan base, and they're all pretty excited.”

Prior to Dalton’s heroics, the Bills beat the Miami Dolphins to keep themselves in contention for a postseason slot.

Dalton also never forgot to thank all the people who have donated to his foundation.

Dalton’s charity is dedicated to helping sick children and their families in Cincinnati and Fort Worth, according to the foundation’s website.
