The action on the field between the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills may be over, but in the tunnel at Hard Rock Stadium it continued.

No, it's not between the two teams, but rather between a player and an official.

In a video shared by Ivis Aburto, Bills defensive end Jerry Hughes is seen enraged and yelling at an official.

The nine-year pro did so because he alleged that the official called him a b***h.

Hughes then approached and threatened the referee, “I'll catch you, trust me. I'll catch you guaranteed,” he said.

For the second straight week, a Bills' defensive end got involved in a confrontation. The good thing is it did not get physical this time as Hughes was restrained when he approached the official.

Last week Shaq Lawson was ejected after he slugged it out with Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette.

The struggling Bills suffered another loss and dropped to 4-8. They had a chance to take the lead with a minute to go, but Josh Allen could not complete his pass to Charles Clay on a 4th and 11 play. Miami escaped with a 21-17 win as a result and improved to 6-6.

In the game, Hughes did not have a sack but recorded a tackle.

Buffalo is currently one of the worst in the league and makes a bid to earn a high pick in next year's draft.

Above all, it's only been a year since their magical run. In the 2017 season, the Bills finally snapped their playoff drought.
