With Josh Allen and Derek Anderson out this weekend, the Buffalo Bills are going to turn to Nathan Peterman to try and get the job done. Peterman has seemed to be a punch line of a lot of jokes for the last two years because of his play but he is ready to go out and win a game for the Bills.

“I’m ready to go win a game and be my best every time I take that field. I’m thankful every time I take that field,” Peterman said via the Buffalo News.

This year Peterman has seen the field a bit throwing for 108 yards, a touchdown, and four interceptions. Last year he wasn't any better and has nine career interceptions compared to just three touchdown passes. Peterman isn't concerned about the past stats or the critics and is just ready to go out there and play the game he loves.

“I do ignore it. I don’t have much social media on my phone and I just kind of live day to day with what’s in front of me, the guys in this locker room and obviously my family at home. I’m thankful to be out here throwing the ball and playing football every day and have another opportunity.”

The good news for Peterman is although he has struggled in his career there isn't a ton of pressure on him because of how bad the team has played. They brought in Anderson and he didn't have much success so any success that Peterman can have on Sunday is a plus.
