Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey made headlines this offseason for his unflattering comments regarding Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen. The Bills were finally able to clap back at Ramsey following their victory in Week 12.

It could be remembered that Ramsey had quoted a tweet from the Bills prior to the 2018 NFL season. The Bills' social media team took the opportunity to return the favor back to the outspoken cornerback after Sunday's win, via Twitter

This was a well-executed troll job by Bills' Twitter. Ramsey did not hold back on many of the starting quarterbacks in the NFL. Allen has certainly been among them. However, his bold claims in the offseason have since come back to haunt him and the Jaguars.

Allen enjoyed perhaps his most stellar game of the season. He completed 8-of-19 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown. He also managed to tack on 99 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries. More importantly, Buffalo was able to escape with a clutch 24-21 victory.

Although Allen was able to get the better of Ramsey this time around, he still has a long way to go before proving him wrong. Despite moving up to select him with the seventh overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, Buffalo was hesitant to make him the starter right away. It is easy to see why considering how raw he has looked in his rookie campaign.

Fortunately, Sunday's win was certainly a step in the right direction. The Bills will need another big game from Allen next week against the Miami Dolphins if they hope to get a win streak going.
