The Buffalo Bills' trade for former Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Stefon Diggs remains one of the biggest moves of the 2020 offseason so far.

Curious on a Tuesday night, Diggs took to Twitter to ask his over 292,000 followers one simple question: What makes a good receiver.

Top receivers in the NFL usually have a strong mix of a few different things such as size, speed and catching ability but according to Diggs, one attribute remains supreme.

At just 6-feet tall, Diggs doesn't have elite size and with a 4.46 forty-yard dash, the 26-year-old pass-catcher isn't one of the fastest players in the league.

However, what makes Diggs such a dangerous weapon is his crisp route running and simple ability to create space and get open.

That ability has led to Diggs recording 4,623 yards and 30 touchdowns in his first five seasons with the Vikings despite being an unheralded fifth-round pick coming out of the University of Maryland.

However, while Diggs was a valuable piece for Minnesota over the past half-decade, the talented receiver had been frustrated with the organization for quite some time. So, on March 16, the Vikings traded their disgruntled star to the Bills for a 2020 first-round pick (No. 22 overall), 2020 fifth and sixth-round picks and a fourth-round selection in 2021.

The Bills also received a 2020 seventh-round pick in the deal.

Now, Stefon Diggs has a chance to use his ability to create space in Buffalo and catch passes from a rising star in Josh Allen. Receiver John Brown had a breakout 2019 campaign for the Bills but the team certainly needed a true No. 1 option for their young quarterback.
