The New England Patriots are coming off the most entertaining and controversial game of the 2017 NFL season. The Patriots managed to shut down the Steelers' plans for sweet revenge by way of the now infamous non-catch.

However, they now face another team that has a score to settle with New England.

Two weeks ago, superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski was handed down a one-game suspension for his atrocious hit on Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White. Although the Bills have yet to forget about the dirty play, White said during an appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio the best form of revenge they can get is a win in Foxborough:

“As I’ve had time to think about it, I knew he wasn’t that type of player,” White said. “We just honed in and moved on from it. But I get the film Sunday and the best way that I can handle that situation and just try to go in there and just get a big old ‘W’ in their stadium and help our playoff chances. So yeah, I’m not a guy who’s going to try to do a cheap shot after the whistle. Nothing. I’m gonna play the game the way it’s supposed to be played. Respect the game. Just like I said, going in there and winning would be the best revenge.”

White was understandably furious after “Gronk” had been given what many thought was a light one-game sentence. Now his comments suggest that he is simply focused on helping the Bills secure a berth in this year's Wild Card game.

However, the same cannot be said for his teammates who have all but forgotten about the cheap shot. That said, it will be interesting to see how they approach guarding the best tight end in football. The last thing Buffalo would need in such a crucial game is any costly mistakes or unnecessary penalties.
