Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller is several months removed from being a Denver Broncos player, but he will forever be linked to Mile High City sports. Showing that the state of Colorado is still very close to him, Miller sported a Colorado Avalanche jersey ahead of the Avs' Game 2 Stanley Final showdown against the Tampa Bay Lightning Saturday night.

Miller knows what it is like to bring a championship parade to Denver, having won his first Super Bowl ring with the Broncos in Super Bowl 50. The Broncos traded the 33-year-old linebacker to the Los Angeles Rams in 2021, with whom Miller managed to kiss the Vince Lombardi Trophy again. In the offseason, Miller inked a massive six-year deal with the Bills that's worth $120 million.

While his best days are behind him, Miller can still make a big impact on a Bills' defense that already ranked first in 2021 in the NFL in terms of scoring defense (18.3 points allowed per game) and total defense (289.2 total yards given up per contest). Miller's presence should shore up the Bills' pass rush that was mainly responsible for the team's 7.13 sack rate — ninth-best in the league.
The 2022 NFL season is still months away, so for now, Miller can get his adrenaline flowing by watching his Avalanche destroy the Lightning.
Buffalo sports fans, however, will be looking at him every single time the Buffalo Sabres and the Avalanche meet next season.
