There was no shortage of trash talk at the recent NFL-player inspired golf tournament, “The Match.” The event took place back on June 1st in Las Vegas with Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers taking on Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen. The players all chirped one another throughout the event with Rodgers and Brady ultimately pulling out the victory. However, new Buffalo Bills star Von Miller noticed Tom Brady taking a few extra shots at Josh Allen.

“He’s (Josh Allen) pretty good at golf,” Miller said. “I don’t know why (Tom) Brady takes so many shots at him. He might be threatened by him.”

Von Miller made things personal with this claim. Josh Allen is one of the up-and-coming star quarterbacks in the NFL. He almost led the Bills to the Super Bowl last season.

However, it is difficult to imagine Brady being threatened by anybody. He has already established himself as the greatest QB of all-time. There aren't many quarterbacks who can even compare to what Tom Brady has accomplished on the gridiron.

Nonetheless, it isn't surprising to see Miller have his new Bills teammate's back. Miller and Allen are going to be key for Buffalo's Super Bowl chances next season.

It will be interesting to see if either Tom Brady or Josh Allen responds to Miller's comments on the situation. This could be the beginning of a potential beef/feud, or it could lead to absolutely nothing. Nonetheless, there is a possibility that we see Brady face off against Allen in a big game during the postseason next year.
