The Buffalo Bills are counting on third-year quarterback Josh Allen to make strides as a passer in 2020. But they certainly are not complaining about his scrambling abilities. Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is not mad, either.

Elliott was asked during a Twitch.tv live stream why the Bills quarterback has more rushing touchdowns than him, to which Elliott replied “Cause Josh Allen is a beast!”

Of course, the fan's question is not statistically accurate. Elliott has 18 rushing touchdowns in the last two years, with Allen falling just shy at 17 scores.

Still, Allen's big and physical frame makes him a threat outside the pocket.

The former first-round pick rushed for 631 yards on 7.1 yards per carry in his rookie year, followed by 2019 in which Allen rushed for 510 yards and nine touchdowns.

Buffalo went out and traded for star wide receiver Stefon Diggs in the offseason, giving Allen another big-play weapon in the passing game alongside John Brown.

But Allen still figures to use his feet to make plays in 2020. After all, as Elliott says, that part of his game is what makes him a “beast.”
