AUS vs SL, 2nd T20I, R. Premdasa Stadium. The first game of the five-match series was won by Australia with all the 10 wickets in hand. Aaron Finch was finally looking in good form. Josh Hazlewood's unplayable opening spell fetched him three wickets in three overs and there was no batting support from Sri Lanka's middle order.

The second T20I at Premdasa Stadium is heavily in favor of Australia. The reason is very poor records of SL at this venue. SL has managed to win only six games out of 26. On the other hand, Australia has won five of seven games at this venue.

Interestingly, David Warner has the highest batting average at this venue among all the batters (26). Almost all other batters have struggled to get an average above 25!

In the second T20I, spin bowlers will be very important. Maheesh Theekshana will be X-factor for AUS. Overall, this venue is more in favor of bowlers than batters. A low to medium total (130-160) is expected.

Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis may be top performers in this game. Maxwell has been in terrific form when it comes to batting against SL. Similarly, if Marcus Stoinis is given a chance to bat up in the order, he can make some quick runs.

On the SL side, Maheesh Theekshana and Charith Asalanka may be the most important players. The reason is the venue stats. The venue is supportive of spin bowling and Theekshana can dismiss the Australian opening pair if given a spell in the powerplay.

At R. Premdasa Stadium:

SL will be looking to improve their venue win percentage by winning the second T20I.
