Blazers’ Meyers Leonard is officially a college student again

Meyers Leonard has plenty of free time these days.

Although his Portland Trail Blazers are currently in the midst of a tough series with the Golden State Warriors, Leonard won't be a part of it—he's out for the season due to a left shoulder injury that required surgery.

Since Leonard won't be a part of the Blazers' playoff journey, he'll be embarking on the college path all over again:

The 7-foot-1 center had attended the University of Illinois, but left after his sophomore year in 2012. Now that he has some time to himself, Leonard will be looking to continue his education with some online classes.
