After being selected sixth overall by the Miami Dolphins in the 2021 NFL Draft, former Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle had one of the most epic reactions we've seen in quite a while. Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard CJ McCollum certainly thought it was hilarious.

McCollum took to Twitter to share his reaction to Waddle literally ditching his family right after he had his name called by the Dolphins:

Jaylen Waddle did not even flinch when his name was called. It was as if he knew all along that it was his time. As soon as it was official, the 22-year-old completely snubbed his entire family to head to the stage. As the Blazers guard said in his tweet, it felt like Waddle completely forgot about his family as soon as he got drafted.

CJ McCollum was one of the millions who were intently tuned in to Thursday's draft. As soon as he saw Waddle's unforgettable reaction he knew that he just had to go to Twitter to laugh it up.

Being the big football fan that he is, McCollum was afforded the opportunity to watch the draft with his Blazers off on Thursday night. Portland returns to action on Friday though, with a tough test against the mighty Brooklyn Nets.

The Blazers are coming off a huge win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, 130-109. McCollum had a tremendous performance for his squad, logging a team-high 26 points on 10-of-15 shooting and four triples, to go along with four boards, six assists, and a steal in 34 minutes of play.
