Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard was glued to his TV Saturday night to watch the Yordenis Ugas-Manny Pacquiao fight, and it's safe to say he enjoyed the bout.

Lillard, who is a noted boxing fan, also offered some commentaries during and after the fight–all highlighting how Ugas worked hard and dominated to retain the WBA super welterweight title.

According to the Blazers star, Ugas clearly won despite Pacquiao's high energy and activity to begin the showdown.

Yordenis Ugas kept his championship belt against Manny Pacquiao via unanimous decision, with the judges scoring it 115-113, 116-112 and 116-112. As the Blazers superstar noted, even though the Cuban boxer started off slow while the Filipino fighter opened with a flurry of punches, Ugas showed a lot of effort and picked up his pace in the second half of the fight to dominate up until the final bell.

Moreover, Pacquiao's speed was clearly no longer there, and his lack of head movement doomed him against his much younger and longer opponent.

Damian Lillard, however, did note that he is a big fan of the two and he loves what they showed during the fight.

It remains to be seen if there will be another Pacquiao fight since the Filipino pride is expected to retire soon. The Pacman shared that he will be thinking about his boxing career after some rest, though he also has a political career to managed back in the Philippines.

As for Yordenis Ugas, he said after his victory that he is ready to fight Errol Spence Jr. next to unify the world welterweight belts. However, it is unknown when or if the fight will push through given Spence's recent eye injury.

Lillard, nonetheless, will surely be on the lookout as the Blazers star waits for that next legitimate boxing match.
