Just another ordinary day at work for Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard. The five-time All-Star had another insane performance on Wednesday after leading the Trail Blazers to a slim 126-124 win over the hosting New Orleans Pelicans. It was Dame Time once again in the final seconds as Lillard took over and knocked down a clutch and-1 play to secure the win and extend their winning streak to six games.

After his huge outing, Lillard remained unfazed as he broke down what occurred in the game's final 26 seconds (via Trail Blazers).

“There was really no pressure on that possession. I just focused on the finish. And-one, make the free throw, and then after that, it was just up to us to get a stop.”

The 30-year-old Lillard has always been one of the coolest customers in the NBA. He's made a living from being the most clutch bucket-getter and is on track to having an MVP-worthy season once again. He finished with a game-high of 43 points and a season-high 16 assists against the Pelicans.

The former Weber State star has had to work extra hard to help the Trail Blazers stay in postseason contention as of late. Since CJ McCollum was injured early in the season, Lillard has ramped up his production, scoring 31.0 points per game while shooting 45.5 percent from the field in their last 13 games.

With McCollum set to miss a few more weeks with his foot injury, look for Damian Lillard to continue to carry the load and help Rip City maintain their hot streak.
