Damian Lillard's reaction to the news of the Patriots acquiring troubled wide receiver, Josh Gordon is relatable. For anyone who is tired of watching the Patriots dominate the NFL, the news could only be met with one response. Uh oh.

But Lillard wasn't the only member of the Portland backcourt reacting to this trade. C.J. McCollum — noted Cleveland Browns fan — took to Twitter to voice his opinion as well. Most of it isn't coherent, but you get the general feeling McCollum is expressing.

Just about everyone outside of New England is ready to see the Patriots' dynastic ways come to a swift conclusion. Most fans around the NFL have been waiting for this moment for the better part of the last 10 years. Just when it looks like that might be happening, Bill Belichick and the Pats make a big splash.

New England is coming off of a tough loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and just as it's starting to look like the Tom Brady dynasty could be in peril, they pick up one of the most dynamic skill position players in all of football. Gordon's checkered past brings its own set of concerns. But if any team can turn around Gordon's career, it's Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.

Gordon's past is filled with drama. The last time he played more than five games in a season was 2013. That being said, the standout wide receiver will always find another landing spot because of his season in 2013. Gordon hauled in 87 passes for a ridiculous 1646 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. He led the league in receiving yards that season and teams will always take a chance on him for that season alone.

There will always be uncertainty around Josh Gordon, but the Patriots are hoping that he can help the dynasty live on for at least one more season.
