Damian Lillard worked tirelessly to earn “Player of the Seeding Games” honors, putting the Portland Trail Blazers on his back and catapulting them into playoff contention. He's proved to be an elite-caliber point guard and might even have his name in Springfield some time in the future, yet he fully believes he will make the Hall of Fame … as a dad.

The Blazers star posted a photo of him holding his son, Damian Jr., at late hours of the night, sharing the moment on his Facebook account. Take a look:

Besides being one of the top players at his position, somehow living the dream of being an NBA player and a rapper with concerts and studio deadlines, Damian Lillard still finds time to be a family man.

It takes one dedicated person to reach the top of any profession, let alone one in the public eye with hefty criticism like sports and music. To reach elite-level dadness on top of it is commendable, and that's one Hall of Fame induction that will last longer than 10 minutes on a podium.

Lillard was unreal this season, averaging a career-best 30.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 8.0 assists for the Blazers. Somehow, he lifted them over the Memphis Grizzlies despite trailing by 3.5 games in the West before the restart got underway.

The Blazers dynamo put up a bevy of high-scoring games during the eight seeding games, and now he's getting buckets at home by being there for his family. He also just announced twins on the way, so there will be plenty of more dad time in the future.

It's Dame Time, get the pajamas.
