Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard has expressed time and time again that he wants to win an NBA title in Portland. However, the team hasn't exactly added pieces around him that could help the Blazers fulfill that goal.

The latest rumors are linking Dame and the Philadelphia 76ers, who are looking to acquire the superstar as they aim to move Ben Simmons. Amid the trade talks, the Blazers veteran posted this on Instagram:

It's hard to know what Lillard means, but it's a safe assumption he's talking about all the rumblings about him wanting out of Portland. Basically, every team in the Association would be interested in trading for Lillard, but the Blazers would demand a lot in return.

Portland was relatively quiet in free agency, which certainly wouldn't have made Dame happy. They extended Norman Powell which is great, but the organization lost Carmelo Anthony to the Los Angeles Lakers. Neil Olshey also went out and signed Cody Zeller and Ben McLemore, who are by no means game-changing players.

There have to be thoughts in the back of Lillard's mind that he may have to move on in order to win a ring. But, he does seem extremely loyal to the franchise that drafted him. The Blazers have done a poor job of building a legitimate roster around him though, which is not a recipe for success if they want to be amongst the elite in the Western Conference.
