Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard scored just 10 points in Game 4 against the Denver Nuggets, but that doesn't matter to him since they got the win.

Lillard shot 1-of-10 from the field, making most of his points (seven) from the free-throw line. While such poor production from Dame often leads to losses for the Blazers, that wasn't the case on Saturday as the likes of CJ McCollum, Norman Powell, Jusuf Nurkic and Carmelo Anthony more than made up for it with an improved performance.

That is also the reason why Lillard couldn't care less about his forgettable shooting night, highlighting that he didn't force his way to make shots because of well well his teammates were playing.

“From the tip Norm had it going, CJ was making shots, Nurk was finishing in the paint. When a game is going like that, I just try to manage the game. I didn't shoot it well but once I saw guys had it going, I wasn't going to force it,” the Blazers star explained, per Sean Highkin of Bleacher Report.

Indeed, while Damian Lillard struggled, Powell exploded for a game-high 29 points on a hyper-efficient 11-of-15 shooting (4-of-4 from deep). It was basically a more balanced offensive showing for Portland, as McCollum (21), Nurkic (17) and Anthony (12) combined for 50 points.

Dame, for his part, contributed on other areas with eight rebounds, 10 assists and a steal.

Of course, Portland's defense should also be credited for the victory. The team held Nikola Jokic to just 16 points, while Michael Porter Jr. and Aaron Gordon scored just a total of nine points between them.

If the Blazers keep playing like they did on Saturday, they could very  well pull an upset over the third-seeded Nuggets. Imagine what would have been the score had Lillard a more decent night than he did?
