The neverending drama between Portland Trail Blazers big man Enes Kanter and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has taken yet another turn. According to TMZ, Kanter is being sued by Erdogan, putting another chapter in the novel that is the drama involving these two. Per Kanter's post, he is being sued for “insulting him.”

This situation has been ongoing for a long time and Kanter has had an arrest warrant for years in Turkey. After receiving the latest from Erdogan, Kanter took to social media to express his feelings about the situation.

Kanter isn't holding back and isn't bothered by it either. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise at all. Kanter has repeatedly been in the news for blasting the Turkish President for the past few years and won't stop anytime soon.

The Blazers big man has pushed every step of the way and shouldn't be budging. He even initiated the #DictatorErdogan trend on social media.

Kanter isn't too concerned with the lawsuit, especially considering the NBA season is drawing to a close and the Blazers push for a good playoff spot and a chance at avoiding a spot for the play-in tournament.

On the court, he's enjoyed a bit of a turning around season in his return to Portland. Kanter is averaging 11.4 points on a 60 percent mark from the field with 11.1 rebounds as the Blazers have certainly enjoyed having him back.

As the offseason draws near, the situation regarding Enes Kanter and the Turkish President will be one to keep an eye on.
