There is no doubt that NBA players are one of the most blessed and luckiest people in the world. Though this does not discount that their job is tough as it is a constant battle in achieving the perfect balance between mind and body, playing the sport you love the most for millions is certainly a dream.

Despite amassing millions and millions every year for dribbling and shooting the ball, the attitude they showcase off the court is what's more impressive. Several news articles have circulated online that state that a certain player has offered to pay the fine for his teammate. This can be seen as common courtesy. As a teammate, you should be there for your fellows who are not earning as much as you do.

However, Evan Turner of the Portland Trail Blazers has turned it up a notch. He offered to pay for the Oklahoma City Thunder's Terrance Ferguson's fine, as reported by Fred Katz of the Norman Transcript:

To recall, a scuffle between the Thunder and Blazers went down in their game last Sunday. Technical fouls were handed to those involved with corresponding fines. Evan Turner, who's been in the league for nine years, showcased an attitude worth noting.

Not only did he admit to acting irrationally, but he also offered to help the 19-year-old rookie in form. There's still no word from Ferguson whether or not he will accept Turner's offer. But be as it may, Turner's deed is certainly an example worth noting and imitating.
