Have you ever dreamed of a boxing match between a Twitter troll and an NBA player? We may be finally close to witnessing such an event with Portland Trail Blazers swingman Evan Turner looking to be the pioneer in that endeavor.

On Tuesday night, Turner was mentioned in a post by a Twitter JakeTheHater, who listed a series of fictitious and real athletes whose faces he wants to lay his fists on.

Our guy JakeTheHater probably did not expect Turner to respond, but the Blazers guard did, and now an imminent boxing match between the two are a step closer to happening.

This is not the first time that Turner went after social media trolls. Back in March, he told those who think that he is an overpaid NBA player to kiss his behind.

The Blazers are one of the biggest losers of the playoffs after crashing and burning in the first round where they were swept by the New Orleans Pelicans. Adding to the disappointment was the fact that the Blazers were the favorites in that series as the No. 3 seeds in the matchup.

If anything, Turner surely is not going to let a troll beat him in a boxing match.
