Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic continues to show support for his teammates, who will attempt to win Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors Saturday night. Nurkic came into Moda Center tonight wearing a CJ McCollum-Game of Thrones jacket, signifying that he wants him to take the charge and lead the Blazers to victory.

McCollum has arguably been the most consistent Blazers player on the offensive end in these playoffs, and while the spotlight has been mostly focused on All-Star teammate Damian Lillard, he's been carving out spectacular performances of his own. He will need to double his production in Game 3 in order to give his team a better chance of beating the Warriors.

In the long history of the NBA, no team has been able to win a playoff series after going down 0-3, and as much as the Blazers would want to be the ones to break that streak, they would rather just win Game 3 than having the burden of beating the Warriors in four of the next five games after Saturday's game.

It would've been nice if Nurkic was able to play in this series rather than watch his teammates play their hearts out. The Bosnian center suffered a season-ending leg injury last month, and the effects of his absence are being magnified now more than ever.

All Nurkic could do right now is hope that his team survives this battle, the way his Game of Thrones heroes survived “The Battle of Winterfell.”
