The Portland Trail Blazers Twitter account brilliantly trolled the Denver Nuggets for their Carmelo Anthony omission on Friday.

The Nuggets asked their fans who some of their favorite players of all time were and didn't include Anthony.

So, the Blazers posted the same question to their followers on Twitter and put Anthony in the picture despite Melo only being with the team for one season.

This is an A-plus troll job right here. Whoever is running the Blazers' Twitter account should give themselves a round of applause.

Carmelo Anthony appeared in 58 games for the Blazers in 2019-20. He averaged 15.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 43.0 percent from the field, 38.5 percent from beyond the arc and 84.5 percent from the free-throw line.

Anthony, one of the best players in Nuggets franchise history, should have been included in Denver's tweet. That was a glaring mistake by the social team despite how bad Anthony's tenure with the Nuggets ended.

When the 2020 offseason period begins, Anthony will become an unrestricted free agent. Although he's been linked to possibly going back to the New York Knicks since his old agent (Leon Rose) is running the team now as the president, it would make sense for Melo to re-sign with the Blazers since he played well as the third option behind Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum and developed a nice bond with Dame.
