Portland Trail Blazers superstar Damian Lillard continues to bless the music industry. He recently released the music video for his new song “We the Ones.”

The Blazers' guard got hip-hop stars Blxst and Tree Thomas to be featured alongside him. “We The Ones” is the lead single from Lillard's fourth audio album “Different On Levels The Lord Allowed.”

Lillard goes by the name Dame D.O.L.L.A whenever he raps. This song will surely be a certified banger; the Blazers' star dropped some solid bars. Dame could have dropped some hints that he is staying put in Portland after rumors swirled that he was extremely unhappy and might soon ask for a trade from the Blazers.

I’m the kind of man to lead his people

To the promise land (Promise land)

By any means, the hoop rock is not contraband

We come from towels on the counter

Dryin’ pots and pans and if you not the man

Then you support, don’t try to stop the man (Nah)

Damian Lillard has been on fire this offseason. He recently released a song called “Juice.” Aside from dropping sure-fire bangers, he recently won a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

After getting eliminated in the first round of the 2021 NBA Playoffs, the Blazers inked big man Cody Zeller, sharpshooters Tony Snell and Ben McLemore in free agency.

In more Trail Blazers news, the team also re-signed scorer Norman Powell to a hefty extension.

Dame seems likely to suit up for the Blazers next season as they try to contend in a stacked Western Conference following the hiring of Chauncey Billups as their new head coach.
