Portland Trail Blazers guard Rodney Hood was helped to the locker room after suffering a hyperextended left knee in the third quarter of Game 7 against the Denver Nuggets. Hood got hurt after a hard screen and is questionable to return:

Hood needed assistance from two people as he walked to the locker room:

Hood had started the second half after coming off the bench all series. While he struggled in the first half with just four points on 1-of-5 shooting, he entered Game 7 on a hot streak after struggling in the first round against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Hood scored a playoff career-high 25 points in a must-win Game 6 in Portland. After scoring just 16 total points against the Thunder, he was averaging over 16 points per game while shooting over 60% from the field prior to Game 7 against Denver.

The Blazers acquired Hood in a midseason trade from the Cleveland Cavaliers. The guard never got comfortable last season playing alongside LeBron James, and he even found himself out of the rotation at one point in the playoffs.

But Hood has been a crucial bench piece for the Blazers, and they'll really need him if they can find a way to pull out a tight Game 7. Portland would face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals with a Game 7 win.
