Although the Portland Trail Blazers (48-32) have already locked up a postseason berth in the Western Conference playoff race, they are in the midst of a mini skid where they've lost three straight games. Most recently, the Blazers lost a tough 116-105 road contest to the San Antonio Spurs and now have just two games left on their regular season slate.

However, Blazers head coach Terry Stotts isn't going to fret about it and considers it to be a valuable experience for his players before the postseason starts next week.

“I don't want to say it was a playoff game, but it was a playoff tuneup,” coach Stotts said after Saturday night's loss to San Antonio.

Prior to the beginning of Sunday's games, the Blazers and Spurs would currently have to face each other in the playoffs with Portland as the No. 3 seed and San Antonio as the No. 6 seed in the Western Conference.

The Utah Jazz, who have three games left on their regular season schedule, currently control their own destiny and will become the Northwest Division champions if they are able to win out their remaining three games.

With just two games remaining on their schedule, the Blazers will first look to finish the final game of a four-game road trip on Monday night when they take on the Denver Nuggets. For the final game of the regular season, Portland will host the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night at Moda Center.
