Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum was an ankle bully on Tuesday night, as he put on his defender New Orleans Pelicans defender Kenrich Williams on skates twice.
The 28-year-old guard methodically dissected Williamsā defense, as he caught him off balance with a series of hesitation dribbles.
He faked going right and snatched the ball to his left two times, before performing a nifty step back and draining a jumper that hit nothing but nylon.

McCollum, who won the Most Improved Player of the Year plum in 2016, is averaging 21.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in 14 games for the Blazers this year.
He is making 42.5 percent of his shots from the field and 35.6 of his attempts from beyond the arc.
Portland currently holds a 5-9 record, good for 12th place in the Western Conference. The team has lost four of its last six games,
