Portland Trail Blazers big man Enes Kanter probably still feels bad about his team being swept by the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals. When he saw a kid wearing a Stephen Curry jersey in his basketball camp, the Turkish center gave him a shirt to cover it up.

That's a kid, Enes.

But in all seriousness, the Blazers have overachieved this season. Nobody expected them to reach the conference finals. They entered the playoffs being dubbed as a team that will lose in the first round, but Portland responded by taking out the Oklahoma City Thunder in five games. They then survived the Denver Nuggets in a grueling seven-game series in the conference semi-finals.

Then they faced the Kevin Durant-less Warriors, A lot of people thought that the Blazers could at least win two games, but they didn't. Right from the start of the series, Golden State has dominated them in almost every statistical category. Portland had no answer for Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, who shot the lights out from beyond the arc in the series. They made things look competitive in some stretches, but when it mattered the most, the Blazers failed to deliver.

Still, Kanter was a huge part of their success this season. He stepped up for the injured Jusuf Nurkic and still gave his 100 percent despite playing with a separated shoulder. Nobody can deny the fact that he did everything he could for the Blazers.

Kanter was impressive overall.
