Earlier this season, the NBA was having a lot of problems with the new Nike jerseys ripping in instances where they shouldn't be, or they were ripping way too easy.

The problem seemed to be solved, but on Saturday night the problem may have come up again, or Jusuf Nurkic is an overly strong man.

Nurkic was frustrated by some of his play early in the game, and on the way to the bench, he ripped the jersey right down the middle with ease.

Nurkic's play didn't get any better when he came back in with a new jersey. He finished the game with nine points, seven rebounds, and one assist in 17 minutes.

He was also involved in a little scuffle as he plowed down Steven Adams as the two ran down the court together.

Good thing for the Trail Blazers though, the rest of the team stepped up in a big way. C.J McCullum paced the team putting up 28 points, eight rebounds, and six assists.

They played good defense down the stretch of the game to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 108-100. That was a big win in a very tight Western Conference playoff race. They have now won the season series against the Thunder and will own the tiebreaker for the playoffs if they finish the season with the same record.

Down the stretch, Nurkic is going to be a huge key for this team. On the season he is averaging 14 points and eight rebounds per game.

Over the last couple of games, Nurkic's playing time has gone down to under 20 minutes in each of the games. He sometimes has an issue with getting himself into foul trouble, or not getting too overly frustrated by the game. In Saturday night's contest, it was one of those games where the emotions got the best of him.
