The Portland Trail Blazers face off with the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday in Game 2 of their second round playoff series.

In the first game between the two teams, the Nuggets prevailed behind a 37-point performance from Nikola Jokic, who completely carved up the Blazers in a masterful performance detailing his exquisite offensive game.

However, Portland has a wide variety of quicker wing players to throw at Jokic, including veteran Moe Harkless who had an amusing encounter with a referee earlier in the game.

Far less amusing for Harkless, however, was an event that occurred later in the game in which he landed atop the ankle of his teammate Zach Collins.

Clearly from the video, it looks as if Harkless rolled his ankle, and the Blazers will certainly hope it won’t keep him out for very long. Though Portland has quite a few options at Harkless’s position, he is likely the most switchable defender among those available.

Sure, having the thin and lanky Moe Harkless switch onto Jokic might not be ideal, but he is definitely stronger and bigger than, say, Rodney Hood.

Let’s hope Harkless can return swiftly for Portland, as he is an important piece of the team.
