During the third quarter of the preseason match between the New York Knicks and the Washington Wizards, opposing point guards Brandon Jennings and Casper Ware were both assessed with a technical foul each after getting tangled-up and taunting one another.
It is unclear what caused their confrontation but it can be seen that the 6-foot-1 Compton-native clapped vigorously on Ware's face, after they exchanged some words:

On the next play, Jennings put on a dribbling display before drilling a three-point shot with Ware guarding him – much to the delight of the fans present at the Madison Square Garden.
The Knicks had the last laugh as they won the game 90-88.
