If you have paid even the slightest bit of attention to the Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders over the past year or so, it's fairly obvious that Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib and Raiders wide receiver Michael Crabtree do not like each other.

On Sunday afternoon during the first quarter of the Raiders 21-14 victory over the Broncos at the Oakland Coliseum, Talib and Crabtree quickly reignited their rivalry when the two players got into a heated fight with one another that escalated along the Broncos' sideline.

Following the events that went down in the video below, both Crabtree and Talib were immediately ejected from the game.

According to an article by Nicki Jhabvala of the Denver Post, Talib opened up to the media on Monday afternoon about his fight with Crabtree.

“I came out there to play football on Sunday and I don’t really know what he came out there to do,” Talib said. “I came out there to play football and he came out here on this extra stuff, so one thing lead to another. It’s unfortunate and I wish it didn’t happen, but it happened. Just have to move on.”

Fellow Broncos cornerback Chris Harris also said that Crabtree sucker punched him the play before the fight happened with Talib.

“No, I didn’t even defend Chris,” Talib said. “If you see the play, I didn’t defend Chris. (Crabtree) punched Chris and the next play he came and punched me. He was on his — whatever he was on. I wasn’t even defending Chris this time. That wasn’t even a problem.”

The uncontrollable tailspin for the Broncos' season continues as they fell to 3-8 on the year. Denver has now lost seven consecutive games and first-year head coach Vance Joseph is already on the hot seat.
