The Denver Broncos listed top two running backs Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams as questionable for their next game against the Cincinnati Bengals. However, multiple sources have now revealed that the Broncos may have both Gordon and Williams back in the lineup.

One source Adam Schefter said that both Williams and Gordon could play against the Bengals (via Twitter):

“Broncos’ RBs Melvin Gordon (thumb, hip) and Javonte Williams (knee), both listed as questionable for Sunday, both are expected to play vs. the Bengals, per source.”

To further add to the rumors, Ian Rapoport also revealed similar information regarding the availability of the two Broncos players (via Twitter):

Gordon is currently dealing with thumb and hip injuries. Williams, on the other hand, is recovering from a knee injury that kept him out of Thursday practice this week. The two running backs have been crucial to the Broncos this season. Gordon has 159 carries for 716 yards. He has also made a total of seven touchdowns. Meanwhile, Williams has 155 carries for 743 yards and three scores. The Broncos currently rank 10th in the league in terms of rushing. Much of this high rank is due to the contributions of Gordon and Williams.

Their most recent contribution was in the Broncos' emotional win in their last game against the Detroit Lions. Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams returning to the lineup is nothing but good news for the Denver team. Currently third in the AFC West, the Broncos face the Bengals who are third in the AFC North. Both teams enter the game with a 7-6 record.
