The Denver Broncos are in the middle of the pack this year as they look to take control in the back half of the season. This franchise needs some help in the front seven, as the defense has struggled a bit in recent weeks. Luckily for them, Bradley Chubb is nearing his return to the lineup.

According to Ian Rapoport, “Bradley Chubb will practice today after being on IR. After trading Von Miller, Denver is set to get some pass-rush help this time.” The Broncos have struggled recently and having Chubb back in the lineup is massive for this franchise.

Considering the AFC West is a wide-open race, the Broncos are still within reach of a potential playoff spot. They'll have to perform at their best with the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers coming alive recently. The timing of Chubb's return is perfect, as the Broncos will have a key player on defense provide a boost to the pass-rush.

This team is loaded with talent but has failed to generate a solid winning streak. The offense has the tools necessary to compete with anybody, and the defense is one of the best on paper. With Bradley Chubb back in the mix, the Broncos' defense receives the help they need to create opportunities to win.

The Broncos take on the Los Angeles Chargers in their next game, which should be a fantastic AFC West battle. As of now, it's not a guarantee that Chubb plays in Week 12. If he does, the playing field will level out and Denver will have a fighting chance to upset their division rival.
