Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders has said his goal all off-season was to get ready for week one and he has taken another step towards that goal. According to James Palmer of NFL Network, Sanders was participating in the individual period of day one of training camp.

Sanders tore his Achillies back in December and has been working hard to try and get ready to be an important part of the Broncos this season. Sanders said earlier this week that he won't be a full go to start training camp, but he doesn't think he has to be to get ready for the first week of the season.
Emmanuel Sanders said he’s “definitely not going to be full-go from the jump” in training camp and isn’t sure if he’ll participate in the conditioning test Wednesday. Said they’ll gradually work him back to full.
“I want to be ready for Week 1.”

Even if Sanders is ready for Week 1, it will be interesting to see how much production he can offer this year, especially early. Coming back from a torn Achilles is tough. especially at the age of 32 and it will be clear pretty early if he has lost a step.
The Broncos also start the camp with Phillip Lindsey ready to go after undergoing wrist surgery this off-season. It's unclear if he is 100 percent cleared by the team, but Lindsey seems to think that he is 100 percent ready to be a full participant.
“In my mind I’m ready. I’m 100 percent,” Lindsay said, via Mike Klis of KUSA.
With Joe Flacco under center, there is a real positive vibe around this team and the expectations are high for this team to at least compete for a playoff spot. If they can stay healthy and these two can contribute there is no reason they can't surprise a lot of people.
