Denver Broncos head coach Vance Joseph isn't all that concerned with rumors surrounding his current job security with the team.

Here's what the Broncos coach had to say about the all the recent speculation when asked by reporters, courtesy of CBS Denver:

“My concern is this football team, these coaches, and you know we have a big game on Monday night,” Joseph said. “That’s my only concern. What’s written, what’s being said, I can’t worry about that.

The Broncos are now 6-8 overall on the season after the 17-16 loss to the Cleveland Browns last Saturday, which likely has plenty of fans unhappy after the team rallied to .500 after a Week 13 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

But with losses to the Browns and San Francisco 49ers in recent weeks, the team will now likely begin to turn its attention to what will be a very interesting offseason for all parties.

And with Denver now 11-19 since Joseph took over as head coach, it makes sense that the rumors regarding his future with the franchise would start to ramp up.

The Denver front office undoubtedly wants to get back to winning on a frequent basis, so Joseph's record over the past two seasons won't exactly help his case all that much.

But there's no doubt that this will be an extremely important offseason for this team, as moves from both a coaching and personnel standpoint seem likely.

The Broncos will return to the field next Monday night to take on the Oakland Raiders before hosting the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 17.
