Kevin Stefanski has a tough job ahead of him and is going to try and do something that no one has been successful with in the last decade: turning around the Cleveland Browns.

Stefanski is one of the brightest offensive minds in the league, and many have raved about how much success he should have as a head coach. To be successful there are going to be some things that need to be changed with the Browns.

Let's break down three big changes Stefanski must change if he wants to lead the Browns to many wins.

3. Must rely on his defensive staff

Stefanski is an offensive coach and a good one, but he needs to make sure that he relies on his defensive staff to improve that side of the ball.

Joe Woods is expected to be the defensive coordinator of the Browns, and it would probably be best if Stefanski just leaves that side of the ball to him.

The big decisions he still needs to make, but if he focuses on offense, that is going to be the best-case scenario for everyone with the team.

2. Needs to build an offense for Baker Mayfield

Some coaches come in and try to force a quarterback to learn their offense. That isn't something that can happen with the Browns.

Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield don't have anywhere near the same strengths, but the Baltimore Ravens were building an offense that fit his style.

Stefanski needs to make sure that everything he does with the offense has Mayfield's strengths in mind. If the Browns can do that, the offense and Mayfield should be much improved next season.

1. Needs to change the Browns' culture

There are many other things that need to be changed, but this is the most important. Stefanski needs to be a breath of fresh air for a franchise that has been so used to losing.

It's clear at times Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry weren't happy during the 2019 season. If both of those guys are still on the roster for the 2020 season, Stefanski needs those guys buying in first.

It's not always about making them happy with stats, but winning games can change a lot of things. If he can get them to buy in and not have them be a distraction, that is going to be a big-time key.

The expectations are high for Stefanski's time with the Browns, and these are three important keys to winning a lot of games.
