LeBron James' territory has finally reached the NFL. Klutch Sports (James' talent management company) signed one of the Cleveland Browns' late-round picks in Perrion Winfield. The rookie defensive lineman is now in the same agency as the King, as well as several other high-profile sports figures.

Speaking to reporters, the Browns rookie talked about what LeBron James told him after being drafted. Winfield shared LeBron's advice to him, as well as his goals for the next season (via Nate Ulrich).

“[James said] don’t listen to the outside noise, just try to be the best version of myself every single day
[He talked about] enjoying the journey and falling in love with the grind and everything that I want will come into play if I just put my head down and work
I’m trying to bring a championship to Cleveland just like [James] did.”

Aside from being arguably the greatest player to play in the NBA, LeBron James is also a massive Browns fan. The Lakers star was pumped up for their first playoff appearance in a long time back in 2018. He's also expressed support for the team after they traded for Deshaun Watson earlier in the year.

The Browns have high aspirations for this season. The Watson trade signals a clear intent: win it all in 2022. Do they have enough talent in the tank to get through a loaded AFC North this season? The Cincinnati Bengals loom large as a threat, but both the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers pose a threat to derail their season in some capacity.
